Our Conference creditors have been very generous by allowing us to reimburse 100% of registrant’s fees. Awesome work by our Berwick organising committee.
As some have indicated a willingness to donate the value of the registrations, we are putting up 3 options for refunds to those who registered:
- Full refund back to the credit card that the original payment came from, or
- Donate the amount to East Gippsland Rotary Fire Aid Committee, or
- Donate the amount to the DG Partner Project “Polio Endgame”.
Please advise your preference to treasurer@rotary9820.org.au before midnight Saturday 4 April 2020.
With no advice we will default to option 1.
