Our Zoom meeting on 16th June featured the work of Headspace. This is a service supporting youth 11 through to 16 with social and medical issues that cannot be resolved at home or school. Christina helps youths without health cards some of who are Afgan, Afrian, and Sudanese. Some are homeless, some couch surfing. Apart from Dandenong there are outreach centres in Hastings and Pakenham.
It is possible that there could be interest by them for community garden participation. Cornerstone may be able to help here.

Also Brian Ashworth reports on the recent Disaster Aid Board Meeting and he tells us that grants are still being disbursed to areas in need including Phillipines, Nepal Bangladesh, and Guatamarla.

And Con Meehan reports that progress is being made on the merger papers with the help of Alan Roberts.
