The District PETS3training and Club Development Seminar was held last weekend in Warragal. Leanne, Phil
and Colin attended and presented at the PETS 3 training on the Saturday. It was a great day for the incoming
Presidents with some very practical training given to the PE's AG'S and District staff.

On the Sunday approximately 150 Rotarians registered for the Club Development seminar run by incoming DG Paul Mee.
A great event with a focus on how Clubs can become successful. Workshops were held on the new new Rotary Theme
"Image Rotary" and the four RI goals of increasing Impact, expanding Reach, Increase Participant Engagement and
ability to Adapt. Cherie did an excellent presentation on DAA which attracted a lot of attention from District Clubs.

The only disappointment was the fact that our Club was only represented by 3 Rotarians Leanne, Colin and Cherie.
We need to encourage ALL Club members to attend next year. It is important for those that will be taking roles on the
Board and leadership positions, for new members to learn about Rotary and especially those that have been at the Club
for some time. There is always something to learn and become involved in. It is also great to catch up with other
Rotarians in the District.
