How Rotary is Saving Lives: Alan Lunghusen’s Inspiring Story
Join us for an inspiring presentation by Alan Lunghusen from the Rowville - Lysterfield Rotary Club. He’ll share the impactful story behind his leadership in the Global Grant initiative that helped secure an outboard motor for the rescue boat at Kiriwina. This vital piece of equipment has recently been instrumental in saving seven lives - a testament to the incredible power of Rotary's global reach.
But that's not all! Alan will also walk us through his leadership role in a critical project for Backpack4vickids. He spearheaded the effort to purchase and fit out a container for the organization, and our club is now looking to take on this amazing project ourselves!
