Zoom Meeting Invitation

Dear Rotarians,

 

With all the current restrictions in place, we have had to cancel the last few face to face Club meetings.

 

However, as a Club we desperately need to re-connect and catch up with everyone. As many other Clubs are doing, we have decided to move to having an on-line meetings using Zoom which is a video conferencing app. Many people are using these apps to connect with loved ones and friends.

 

If you think this is going to be too hard, then think again. Logging on in relatively easy.

 

What do you need: It is best if you have a PC, laptop, I-Pad or even a phone. Hopefully your PC will have a webcam so that you can be seen by everyone else. Most PC's also have microphones built in so you will use this to speak. No need for a head set.

 

We would encourage all Club members to give it a try. The meeting is scheduled for next Tuesday (April 7th) at 6.30pm.  The meeting to be relatively short roughly 30 to 40 minutes. 

 

To access the Zoom room for our meeting, you simply click on the link below in the invitation.  This will take you into the meeting. No need to download any software.
